We also record the page you submitted from, how you reached our site (referrer and campaign parameters) and the time of submission, plus a one-way hash of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send the materials you request, arrange viewings and provide property advice. We may share your inquiry with the developer of a property you ask about where necessary to obtain pricing, availability or to arrange a reservation. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis and retention

We process your details with your consent and to take steps you have requested. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
