Banyan Tree Beach Residences Varuna is a collection of eight townhomes on the shore of Bang Tao Beach, part of the Banyan Tree Beach Residences portfolio within the Laguna Phuket integrated resort. Phuket International Airport is about 30 minutes away.

The architecture follows what the developer calls Coastal Biophilia. Flowing curves echo the waves, slatted timber cladding recalls rippled sand, woven trellises filter the sun and floor-to-ceiling glazing faces the sea.

Each four-bedroom home spans four levels, connected by a private elevator. A garden terrace sits at ground level. The main living and dining space is on the third floor behind full-height glass, and the master suite has a floor of its own, with a walk-in closet, a private reading room and a bathroom opening to a tropical courtyard. Interiors draw on Southern Thai architecture, in natural timber, warm stone and handcrafted detail.

On the roof, a private infinity pool and terrace look out over the ocean. Ownership includes The Sanctuary Club, complimentary RAVA Beach Club membership, Laguna Golf membership and 24-hour concierge, and owners may rent their home through Banyan Living, Banyan Group's rental platform.
