Biancana

Biancana sits at Surin Beach on Phuket's west coast, between Bang Tao to the north and Kamala to the south. The developer's map places it about 200 metres from the beach, close to Surin's hotels, beach clubs and The Plaza Surin.

The architecture is Modern Classic — white façades with curved balconies, mouldings and wrought-metal detail — which the brochure calls a "White Portrait". Four residential buildings of five storeys stand on a site of 7-2-78 rai (12,312 sqm), with Building C designated as the pet-friendly building.

The landscape is organised around three ideas the developer calls Pure, Sea and Hill. A leisure lagoon, a 25-metre cascade pool, a cascade Jacuzzi and a heated onsen in the forest share the grounds with children's water and play areas and a pet park with its own pool. Rooftop space adds a yoga lawn, outdoor dining and a sea-view observation deck. In all, the brochure lists 30 facilities.

Residences run from one-bedroom units of 31 sqm to a 131 sqm three-bedroom penthouse. Specifications include oversized sliding doors from bedroom to balcony, quartz countertops and backsplashes, intelligent access security and, in two-bedroom residences and above, a dishwasher.
