Sudara Residences sits in Bang Tao, close to one of Phuket's longest beaches, which the brochure describes as six kilometres of sand. Beach clubs, Boat Avenue and Laguna Golf are a few minutes' drive away, and the airport about thirty.

The design, by the Phuket-based Paradise Group, pairs modern Thai architecture with natural materials and generous planting. Phase 1 covers about 9 rai 3 ngan within a total project area of 22 rai, with three condominium buildings of six storeys holding 220 residences.

At the centre is The Pavilion, with a gym, yoga terrace, kids' club, co-working space, café, tiered poolside lounges and a rooftop pool-view lounge. A 50-metre main pool, a tropical lagoon-style pool, a rock pool and a children's pool run through the gardens, with poolside cabanas alongside.

Residences range from 52 sqm one-bedroom units to three-bedroom apartments, with selected ground-floor units adding private gardens and plunge pools. Common areas are managed by the team from Andara Resort & Villas, and optional concierge, residence management and long-term rental services are offered, subject to terms and fees.
