Angsana Golf Residences Topaz is set within Laguna Phuket, the integrated resort on Phuket's central west coast, moments from Bang Tao Beach. Three buildings line the edge of Laguna Golf Phuket, with the fairways at the doorstep and views across the golf course, lagoons, mountains and the Andaman Sea.

The design takes its cue from Phuket's Sino-Portuguese heritage and the rhythm of the surrounding landscape: flowing architecture, layered materials and tactile finishes in warm textures. At its centre, a signature ring-shaped rooftop pool crowns the architecture with panoramic 360-degree views.

Homes are delivered fully furnished. Two-bedroom residences offer about 99–107 sqm of internal space and three-bedroom residences about 154–163 sqm, each with a private terrace; some ground-floor homes add a garden for exclusive use. Penthouses add a private rooftop with its own pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

Around the buildings, landscaped gardens and flowing pathways connect communal spaces, a barbecue area set in tropical gardens, a common pool and a kids' pool, with fitness and leisure facilities. Owners are supported by the Laguna Advantage after-sales programme and receive membership of The Sanctuary Club, Banyan Group's owners' programme, as well as owner privileges at RAVA Beach Club.
