Larimar Villa is a private estate of 35 pool villas on a site of 8 rai 21 square wah, set just off Chao Fa West Road near Phunaka Golf and Wat Chalong. The developer describes it as "the perfect combination of family luxury and smart living".

The villas are built in two types, A and B, with built-in areas of 328.19 to 338.77 sqm on plots of 240 to 364.10 sqm. Facades pair pale stone with tall aluminium louvres; behind them, double-height living spaces open onto a terrace and a private pool.

The Type A plan puts a covered carport, guest room, open kitchen and dining area, living room and pool terrace on the ground floor, with the master suite and two further bedrooms upstairs. Floors are finished in 1500 × 750 mm tiles, windows are double-glazed with argon, and the kitchen is built around a voice-controlled retractable table in stone.

The developer presents the villas with touch and voice control of lighting, curtains, shutters, door locks, air conditioning, garden irrigation and pool features, with smart solar power generation listed among the systems. Owners share a service centre, a coffee club and gym, two garden zones and a pet zone, with schools, hospitals and Chalong's shops within a short drive.
