The Baya

The Baya is a collection of just three villas on 1,637.58 sqm of land in Ban Ya, Si Sunthon, inland from Phuket's west coast. The villas share one architectural language — low hipped roofs, timber-clad upper pavilions, large glazed openings and walled tropical gardens — while each has its own plan.

Each villa is arranged around a courtyard with a private swimming pool and plunge pool, a pool deck and an outdoor dining terrace. The ground floor holds an open kitchen with island, a living and dining space that opens fully to the garden, a separate kitchen, a laundry and storage room and a covered two-car park.

The master bedroom sits on the ground floor with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with an outdoor bathtub. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each have a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Type A has three bedrooms (372 sqm built-up), Types B and C four (419 and 449 sqm).

Ceilings rise to between 2.60 and 3.60 metres, with 2.60-metre aluminium-framed glass doors. Pools have an overflow edge and salt chlorination. Boat Avenue is about 3 km away, Bang Tao Beach 4 km and Layan Beach 6 km.
