The developer describes the architecture as modern contemporary: minimalist, clean-lined volumes beneath a gracefully curved roof that draws on traditional Asian forms. High ceilings and wide openings keep the interiors bright and cool, and living spaces flow between indoors and the pool terraces.

Eight Type A villas offer three bedrooms in about 412 sqm of functional area, with a pool on each floor. Twenty-one Type B villas have four bedrooms in 560 sqm, with a 70 sqm pool and an outdoor shower beside the master suite. A single Type D villa of about 705 sqm has five bedrooms.
