VIP TropiKa Bangtao is planned as a resort-style community on Phuket's west coast. Five residential buildings are set on 11,093 sqm of land (7 rai), arranged around a lagoon-style central pool, timber-and-thatch pavilions, woven garden cabanas and dense tropical planting.

The project is built in two phases. Phase 1 (Buildings 1–2) holds 300 residences on 5,058 sqm; Phase 2 (Buildings 3–5) adds 314 residences on 6,035 sqm. The master plan also shows a hotel building at the site entrance.

Residences range from 30 sqm studios through one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to 139 sqm suites, with two-storey duplexes of around 192 sqm in Phase 2. Interiors pair warm timber floors and joinery with botanical feature walls, green-tiled bathrooms and soft natural textiles.

Shared facilities include a pool bar at the lagoon's edge, a fitness centre overlooking the gardens, a co-working space for long-stay residents and a kids' club, each provided in both phases. Bang Tao and Layan beaches, Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are close by.
